Happy New Year Giveaway!

Greetings all!  It’s January 2014, this blog will soon be 1 year old!  This is a bit early to celebrate the anniversary of the blog, but since it is the new year I’m starting a new giveaway!  As with all of my giveaways, this one is tied to my travel business, Fairytale Journeys by Rebecca Kelly; however, you do NOT have to be a client to enter this giveaway!  It’s for blog readers, Disney fans, and friends in general. 🙂 (However, if you want to support my business, that’s very much appreciated!)

So beginning at midnight on January 6, you can enter to win a $25 Disney gift card!  No purchase necessary, just pick one or more of the methods offered in the widget, and go!  You can enter by having liked my Facebook page – either a new like or if you already like it, you can enter either way – or following me on Twitter, or just tweeting about the giveaway, or leaving a comment here on the blog!  You can do any or all of these, and you can tweet about the giveaway daily for an extra entry each day.

Enter the giveaway here!

The giveaway will end at midnight on the 13th; tell your friends, tell your family, tell your mailman! And Good Luck!

If you want to enter via leaving a comment, you can do so right here – tell me when you last had a Disney trip, even if it was just to the Disney Store or similar!  Remember though, if you comment first, you’ll still need to go to the widget and make your entry – it won’t automatically show up. 😀

The card won't necessarily look like this. But it will be cute. :)

    • Hmm, I’m trying to think if the timing would work out if you win… I think that if you do it probably wouldn’t reach you in time for this trip. Not that there isn’t more you can save it for, but it would be cool. XD

    • Isn’t it? 😀 I often run promos where I give them to guests who book, too. I just feel like it’s a great way to bring money with you – no hassle of dealing with change, but no bills to pay after the trip either! 😀

    • They run some great promos certain times of year, and some seasons are good weather, good prices, and good crowds! (especially late winter!) Let me know if you’d like any help looking into planning something. Thanks for entering the giveaway!

  1. We actually stopped in Downtown Disney while making an overnight stay before our cruise last month it felt odd to be at WDW and not go into a park, but it was nice to a least get a little dose of Disney.

    • Downtown Disney would be probably about as close as you can get to a Disney trip without it actually being a stay at Disney. LOL! Well-played! I think if I were in that situation I probably would do the same, but then I’d probably be tempted to just go get a room at a Disney resort. 😉

    • We did something similar. One year we were down in FL for my cousin’s wedding and we couldn’t really go to Disney World so we stopped at the Marketplace lol

  2. Last trip was Dec 25-30 2012. Proposed to in front of Cinderella’s Castle on 12/29/12 after Wishes! It was my now fiance’s 2nd time, my like 30th lol. He loves it and I’ve created a new addict haha. We had asked for Disney gift cards as Christmas presents so we could use them on food and souvenirs.

    • Oh that is beautiful!! My husband and I were already married before I discovered how much I loved WDW, so I missed out on the proposal option. I’ll survive. 😉 I *guess*… Good luck on the giveaway and thanks for entering!!

  3. We took our son to his first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this past December. It is an annual trip my family takes but this was his first since he is only two. We had a blast!!!
